About This Role:Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Acquisition Analyst. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Acquisitions Department Responsibilities:- Serve as an interface with all procurement elements to ensure MILSTRIP, Purchase Card, Outgoing Funding Document, and Contract Requirements are adequately supported.
- Perform D-Dept Request Creator responsibilities for service/material, MILSTRIP, Purchase Card (P-Card), and SAP Purchase Requisitions (PR’s).
- Collect data from Requirement Generators (RG) in support of PRT creation.
- Create Purchase Requisition Requests using the Procurement Request Tool (PRT).
- Provide procurement tracking support within PRT and ERP.
- Adjudicate PR issues with PMD, Comptroller, and customers.
- Assist RGs with Market Research for P-Card procurements, as necessary.
- Provide end-to-end support for technical research, document creation, and procurement tracking of all Purchase Requisition document types.
- Utilize several tools and databases to provide technical research and screening services to ensure that requisitions meet requirements and the needs of the department and customers.
- Track and manage procurements and provide technical and data analysis support to the Acquisition Support Branch and the Department management team.
- Responsible for devising standard procedures and modifications of those procedures to reflect evolving circumstances.
- Provide training for customers on various types of Procurement Request Tool (PRT) requests: MILSTRIP, DLA troop, Purchase card, Simplified Acquisition Process (SAP), Outgoing funding, Large contract, Materials and De-obligation/re-obligation requests.

- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
