About This Role:

Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II.  The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department, Port Hueneme, CA. 

Responsibilities:

  • The Contractor shall coordinate, compile, and develop recommended solutions for long range facilities and lab requirements for NSWC PHD facilities
  • Attend regular meetings for work assignments and status reporting of work assigned
  • Perform daily building and grounds inspections for facility functionality, cleanliness, safety, environmental, security, maintenance, repair, and project needs
  • Assist with posting signage such as out of order, work in progress notices within assigned buildings to notify occupant’s results of inspections and corrective work being performed
  • Submit, approve, update, monitor and close out facilities service tickets in Service Now maintenance software program to address deficiencies and problems encountered during facility and grounds inspections and or submitted for corrective action by assigned facility occupants
  • Develop and submit work order requests for routine, urgent, emergency service calls and work packages for project level work identified during inspections and for work assigned
  • Provide building access and escort services for NAVFAC technician and commercial vendor personnel to support corrective action efforts for submitted service call and project work
  • Provide schedules and track facilities action items to closure while updating stakeholders
  • Assist with support for local NBVC police, fire, ambulance, rescue personnel while on site if needed
  • Perform market research and assist with data entry for acquisition of goods and services if needed to support execution of assigned service call and project work
  • Maintain facilities building representative documentation such as building maps, Fire Evac Plans, inspection results, project schedules and briefs on the appropriate facilities digital site (Wiki, Teams, …etc.) and within assigned buildings
  • Assist with organizing and participating in periodic departmental facilities update reviews and informational meetings including responding to department RFI’s
  • Perform non-technical actions such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, furniture assembly / disassembly, …etc. as needed
  • The Contractor shall work with Mayport local site management, NAVFAC and NSWC PHD facilities to prioritize and resolve short term and interim term facility issues
  • The Contractor shall complete training and assist in the development of acquisition packages to support SAP procurements, OFD, MILSTRIP, Material and Service Contracts, and PCARDs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Division and Branch Management

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
