About This Role:TRIA-FEDERAL supports the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics (DOL BLS) by providing IT Support Services. We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our effort to support the DOL BLS agency in relocating from the current DC location to the Suitland Federal Complex. You should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals and milestones are essential skills to perform well in this position. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction through consistent and professional communication
Responsibilities: - Manager for Monthly IT deliverables per milestone schedule and communication between FTC and Federal Operations staff
- This individual is responsible to the VP of Operations to resolve any issues of deficiency in meeting contractual obligations.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the service delivery life cycle of the infrastructure (i.e. Network, Server, Asset Management, Workstation, and Helpdesk)
- Provide guidance and direction to multiple support teams in the areas of security, network,infrastructure, and asset management.
- Experience overseeing moves and relocation of personnel and assets
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Develop a highly detailed schedule with associated milestones and AQLs which is reported on a weekly basis to the government.
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports highlighting specific team goalsobjectives
- Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
- Experience running projects such as desktop hardware moves, soft phone deployments, and asset management.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:- Assisting end-users in solving problems
- Installation and configuration of Hardware for network infrastructure, desktops, laptops, phones, and peripherals.
- Performing network troubleshooting and testing
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
- Customer service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team management skills
- Windows deployment tools, enterprise-level Software deployment tools, SMS
- Incident/Asset/Change/Problem Management Experience
- Help Desk ticketing systems experience & reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills during frequent (daily) interactions with senior level government personnel
- Government experience running or working on programs as a Project Manager
- Four (4) years of experience in client relations, working closely with the client to resolve contract, development, and personnel issues.
