About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Program Manager.
Responsibilities:- Governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, infrastructure, planning, and improvement.
- Supervision of a project or multiple projects to achieve the AIT Program Office’s vision.
- Manage infrastructure including office, version control and IT, and resource allocation.
- Planning, orchestrating projects, resources, timescales, monitoring, and control.
- Manage improvement of performance assessment and development of new capabilities.
- Responsible for governance, working with overarching structures to accomplish objectives.
- Align top-down vision, goals, and objectives with business strategy for project completion.
- Provide quality assurance, checks, and balances for compliance with standards and vision alignment.
- Regular review for accountability and successful management of projects and stakeholders.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent computer literacy in FAA multi-system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
- Experience in a technical or managerial business related to functional responsibilities.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Manage large amounts of complex information.
- Prioritize and manage actions to meet deadlines and requirements in a high volume, high stress environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solve problems through systematic analysis of processes.
- Self-motivated, able to work both in a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly responsive and discreet with confidential information.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. |
