About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Expert Course Facilitator.
Responsibilities:- Develops and delivers creative and engaging training for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media as well as storyboarding and user guides.
- Expert-level knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs, including multimedia and web design technologies, video conferencing/ webinar technologies, etc.
- Develops creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience in various formats and media.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:- Knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts.
- Expert-level knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts with a demonstrated proficiency in designing, building, and deploying instructor e-learning modules using real-time technology.
