About This Role:Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a qualified Tableau Developer to design, develop, and implement data visualizations and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tableau's advanced capabilities, data storytelling, and performance optimization to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities:- Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive and interactive dashboards, stories, and reports in Tableau to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced Tableau Features: Leverage advanced Tableau functionalities, including calculated fields, parameters, data blending, level-of-detail (LOD) expressions, and advanced table calculations for dynamic analysis.
- Data Integration: Connect Tableau to various data sources, such as Excel, SQL databases, Google Sheets, and other platforms, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize dashboard load times, ensuring performance efficiency and scalability.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and patterns to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Data Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives to communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability within Tableau visualizations.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:- Data Visualization Expertise: Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices to deliver insightful and user-friendly dashboards.
- Data Analysis Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis methodologies with the ability to analyze trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets.
- Technical Skills: Experience in connecting Tableau with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, etc.) and working with large, complex datasets.
- Performance Optimization: Proven ability to improve Tableau dashboard performance and reduce load times.
- Data Storytelling: Strong communication skills to explain data insights through visual narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues.
