About This Role:
Tria is seeking a Network Infrastructure Expert to support our Navy Client with network infrastructure and security services. The purpose of this role is to support a robust and secure networking and communications environment allowing high availability and stability.  This role requires proficient with Cisco LAN/WAN switches and routers, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) and Firewall.  The ideal candidate will be proficient with Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 Infrastructure.  They will have experience with IP routing protocols, experience with network security countermeasures, including firewalls, access control lists, intrusion detection, and encryption devices and proficient with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to switches, routers, and network infrastructure.  They will have worked extensively with administration and configuration of Firewall, IDS/IPS, CUCM, VoIP and Wi-Fi.  The person in this role should have knowledge of advanced or complex network engineering or IT requirements (installation, configuration, maintenance, etc.) within unclassified or classified networks and be proficient with gathering cable management requirements and executing those requirements. 


Responsibilities:
  • Manage Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 Infrastructure
  • Manage Firewall, IDS/IPS, CUCM, VoIP and Wi-Fi administration and configuration experience
  • Manage and execute cable management requirements
  • Secure Network Infrastructure in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs)

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of five years of Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 Infrastructure experience
  • Minimum of five years of Firewall, IDS and/or IPS administration and configuration experience
  • Experience with cabling management
  • Minimum of five years securing a Cisco environment in accordance with DISA STIGs
  • Minimum of five years of experience with scoping, architecture and design of new LAN/WAN network infrastructure including EKMS cryptographic devices and long-haul requirements
  • Cisco layer 2 and layer 3
 
Professional Certifications:CCNA, CCNP, CCDP
 
Education:
Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance - Must be a U.S. Citizen*

5+ years of experience
